Note1:
1. The deposit and rent are negotiable.
2. Deposit: the tenant is generally required to pay the money equivalent to 12 month-rent as the deposit when you make a contract. Some parts of the deposit are not refunded at the termination of the contract. The rate of non-refundable portion depends on each situation.
3. Brokerage: the real estate agency generally asks you for the money equivalent to one month-rent as the brokerage.
4. Contract: the minimum period of the lease contract is two years in general. You can terminate the contract by six-month notice prior to the termination.
5. We also can offer the information on suburban and industrial areas, if desired. The costs of rent in these areas are much less and affordable.

Note2:
1. Deposit = total Key money or Bond (per tsubo) that should be paid at the time of the contract.
2. Rent = monthly cost (per tsubo), excluded common area charge.
3. Average Deposit Rate = total sum of deposit (per tsubo) for each buildings ÷ number of buildings
4. Average Rent Rate = total sum of rent (per tsubo) for each buildings ÷ number of buildings
