The two organizations below provide multilingual information and consultation services to enable foreign residents to live with peace of mind in Osaka.
They also offer Japanese language study support and various exchange events.

The “Information Counter for Foreign Residents” at this Center provides the various types of information necessary for foreign residents to live in Japan and can introduce residents to specialized consultation organizations. Please contact this Center with any concerns about living here.

This Foundation also provides a multilingual service to enable foreigners to live with peace of mind, including the provision of a wide range of living related and other information and a consultation service. Inquiries are accepted by telephone, E-mail or FAX.
