Osaka YWCA College was founded by The YWCA (Young Women's Christian Association), a world movement for youth and women, to train people who love peace and who want to contribute to a society in which human dignity is protected. The Osaka YWCA Japanese Language course started in 1977 as a class for Japanese people returning from China. With over 20 years of experience our school has become well versed in teaching Japanese as a foreignlanguage. The Osaka YWCA also has had a Japanese teacher training course for over 30 years. Our school has reputation of being an institutionthat offers global and holistic education of Japanese Language.
